!!! HELP Station:
If you get injured between 2 official aid stations: Stop at these markers.
What to do ? Call the race headquarters 0471 20 36 21
Give the name of your Help Station (example: H12)
Your bib number.
We will then organize your repatriation to the Ovifat base.
If you can, still prefer the help stations of the supplies.
For a less serious injury, call PC Course. Enter it into your phone. It is also written on your bib.
For serious injury: In case of emergency, call 112
First aid station: A first aid station provided by the non-profit organization OASIS, made up of certified persons, will be provided on the Ovifat site throughout the duration of the competition.
In the event of abandonment or injury, your personal bags (drop bag) will be repatriated to the Ovifat site as soon as possible. The refueling staff will be responsible for transmitting the information to the race PC.
Flaggers and Highway Code
Although we have a great team of volunteers as signallers, each participant will have to comply with the rules of the road. Road crossings are made under the full responsibility of the runners, with waiver of any recourse against the organizers in the event of damage and subsequent consequences that may occur during your race. When you registered you checked the little box that says you have read and accepted the rules on our website.
Time barriers
You will be stopped if you exceed the hours. The hourly average is very very broad.
The barriers are calculated according to your specific departure times.
We know it can be difficult to accept failure with so much preparation ahead of time.
If we insist on time barriers, it is only for your safety.
Don’t blame our great team of volunteers who only follow our instructions and who are on site for your well-being and safety.
