By "fence," we mean:

• Registration deadline
• Registration transfers are now closed.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

No changes or registrations will be accepted on the day of the event.

Race bibs can be resold through the registration platform.

1. The seller submits the request from their account dashboard.
2. A transfer code is generated.
3. This code is sent to the buyer.
4. The buyer enters this code in the invitation code field during registration.

Once the buyer has confirmed the registration, the seller's refund request is automatically triggered.

The code is for one-time use only.

Each participant must pick up their race bib in person and present a form of identification.

You cannot pick up another person's race bib.

When picking up their race bibs, participants must be able to present their required equipment.

What will I receive when I pick up my race bib?

• your personalized race number
• your timing chip
• Practical race information
• your participation gift.

The race number must be worn in a visible location on the chest or stomach for the entire duration of the race.

It must remain visible at all times.

Base camp is the hub of the expedition.

It includes:

• Start and finish of each loop
• refueling
• runners' area
• assistance.

Participants may set up a personal space (tent, chair, personal supplies).

Refreshments are available at base camp.

There you will find:

• beverages
• solid food
• hot food (soup and traditional dishes).

Refreshments are available exclusively to participants.

Each runner must have their own cup.

A 6.706-kilometer loop.

One departure every hour.

To continue the race, you must:

• complete the loop within an hour
• be there at the start of the next one.

If you miss a start, you're out.

Outside assistance is permitted only at base camp.
Any assistance along the course is prohibited.
It is also prohibited to be accompanied along the course by anyone who is not registered.

The trail is fully marked with:

• arrow keys
• caution tape
• reflective markers for nighttime use.

The course remains the same throughout the race.

If you decide to withdraw, you must notify the organizers at base camp.

A runner who does not show up at the start of a lap is considered to have withdrawn or been disqualified.

Hot showers and changing rooms are available at the Baraque de Fraiture site.

Access is restricted to participants.

Parking is available near the site.

Please follow the parking rules and respect private property.

Is there a rest stop?

Yes.

Supplies are available at base camp, including:

• beverages
• solid food
• hot food (soup, etc.).

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes.

Participants may bring their own food and drinks to base camp.

Do I need to bring a cup?

Yes.

No disposable cups will be provided.

The race takes place at La Baraque de Fraiture, on the Plateau des Tailles in the Belgian Ardennes.
The base camp, as well as the start and finish of all the loops, are located in the same place.

The GTLC Backyard is limited to a maximum of 24 hours.

What activities are available?

Three formats are available:

• GT24H Solo – Individual 24-Hour Backyard Race
• GT24H Relay – Backyard (teams of 2 to 4 riders)
• GT4H Starter – a 4-hour introductory format.

Yes, for all loops completed overnight.
