What should I do? Call Race HQ 0471 20 36 21
- Enter the name of your Help Station (example: H12)
- Your race number.
We will then organize your return to the Ovifat base.
If you can, please use the help stations for refuelling.
- For a less serious injury, call Race HQ. Encode it in your phone. It's also written on your race number.
- For serious injury: In an emergency, call 112
- First-aid post: A first-aid post staffed by OASIS, a non-profit organization, will be set up on the Ovifat site for the duration of the trials.
- In the event of withdrawal or injury, drop bags will be returned to the Ovifat site as soon as possible. Refreshment staff will pass on the information to race HQ.
Signallers and traffic regulations
Even if we have a great team of volunteers as signallers, each participant will have to comply with the highway code. Road crossings are made under the full responsibility of the runners, with renunciation of any recourse against the organizers in the event of damage or after-effects which could occur during your race. When you registered, you ticked the little box that says you have read and accepted the regulations on our website.
Time barriers
You will be stopped if you exceed the hours. The hourly average is very, very wide.
Barriers are calculated according to your own departure times.
We know how difficult it can be to accept failure when so much preparation has gone into it.
If we insist on time limits, it's only for your safety.
Please don't take it out on our great team of volunteers, who only follow our instructions and are there for your well-being and safety.
